Returns:

Not satisfied with your purchase? Return the item for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund:​

- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You have 45 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We will not refund any order outside of this 45-day window.

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note, this policy applies to standard size or color items including the following items only:
Blank labels (roll, sheet, DYMOR and fanfold), Thermal transfer ribbons and scale label.

Partial Refunds
In case of items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will provide you with partial refunds. The amount of refunds will be determined after inspecting the condition of returned item.

Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@larixlabels.com and we will cover the return shipping costs.
