• All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software bearing the “LarixLabels” logo, is the property of Larix labels. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Product Disclaimer

• We do not sell DYMO labels, CAS, Hobart, Mettler Toledo, Ishida, Detecto, Ava Weigh, Globe, Tor Rey, Bizerba, Avery Berkel, and DIGI scale labels. We manufacture labels that are compatible with these printers and scales.

• All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on our product pages belong to their respective owners. We do not sell products from the listed brands and are not authorized or affiliated with these companies. Product numbers are used only for the purpose of comparison.

5.   Use of Media

• Photos, videos, and graphics that do not bear the “LarixLabels” logo are sourced from publicly available resources on the internet and are used in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Products and Services

• We strive to display our products and services accurately, but we cannot guarantee that the images, descriptions, or other content are error-free or complete.

• We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

6. Orders and Payments

• By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

• If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

7. Pricing

• All prices on our website are subject to change without notice.

• Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges, which will be added to your total invoice amount.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders placed before 12 PM (Pacific Time) will be shipped the same day for in stock items. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day for in stock items. 

• Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days within Canada. US delivery times may vary and typically take 5-7 business days.

• Free shipping is available for orders over $145.

• We offer free shipping for orders delivered within the Greater Vancouver area even if it is NOT over $145.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Custom size or custom color labels cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• You have 30 calendar days for custom size and color labels to notify us of any defects or errors in your order.

• You have 45 calendar days for our standard labels to notify us of any defects or errors in your order.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
